Role Description
This is a remote, contract role (3 months) for a Junior Power Platform Developer.
The role involves building, configuring, and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and related components to support client business processes.

The junior developer will work closely with senior consultants to translate requirements into low-code solutions, integrate data from Microsoft 365 and other systems, and assist in testing, documentation, and deployment.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Troubleshooting issues
- Implementing enhancements
- Following security and compliance best practices
- Supporting clients in adopting and optimising the Power Platform
The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code and solution reviews, and continuously learning new Power Platform and Microsoft cloud capabilities.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Ability to analyse business processes and requirements, and translate them into practical low-code solutions and workflows.
- Basic understanding of data modeling, connectors, APIs, and integrating data from multiple systems.
- Skills in testing, troubleshooting, and documenting solutions, with attention to detail and quality.
- Awareness of security, compliance, and best practices for cloud-based and low-code solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment.
- Interest in or experience with cloud computing, cyber security, or technology consulting is beneficial.
- Relevant education or certifications in IT, computer science, or Microsoft technologies (e.g., PL-900 or other Power Platform certifications) are an advantage.
