About Trickshot Digital
Trickshot Digital is a growing performance marketing agency helping ambitious UK businesses generate more leads and sales through paid search, websites and smart use of technology.
We combine experienced human decision-making with automation and AI to deliver better work without the unnecessary layers found in traditional agencies.
This is our first hire and an opportunity to join the business at an early stage, work closely with the Managing Director and help shape how the agency develops.
The role
We are looking for a PPC Executive who can combine creativity, commercial awareness and logical thinking to build and improve effective advertising campaigns.
You will initially work closely with the Managing Director, supporting the management of client accounts and learning our approach. As your experience and confidence grow, you will take increasing ownership of your own portfolio of clients.
This is a client-facing role, but client contact will typically be limited to one monthly performance call per account. You will help present results, explain what has been tested and outline the next areas of focus.
You will initially attend these meetings with support from the Managing Director before progressing towards independently managing monthly reviews and taking full ownership of your accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
