Junior Pricing Analyst

Reports to:

Director, Parts, Sales & Pricing

Location:

Dungannon, Northern Ireland

Position Overview:

Do you enjoy turning data into clear answers, spotting patterns and working with people across a business? As a Junior Pricing Analyst, you will help us make well-informed pricing decisions for our global parts business. You will work with data every day, but you will not work in isolation. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales and Finance to understand costs, customer needs and market dynamics, and to translate these insights into accurate, commercially sound prices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is curious, numerate and eager to develop. You will receive guidance from experienced colleagues, contribute to real business projects and build a strong foundation in pricing, analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support the set-up, review and maintenance of spare parts prices throughout the product lifecycle, helping to balance customer value, market competitiveness and sustainable profitability.
  • Analyse sales, cost, margin, market and competitor data to identify trends, exceptions and pricing opportunities.
  • Prepare regular pricing reports, dashboards and clear summaries that help colleagues and leaders make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with Purchasing to understand cost changes and their impact on pricing and margins.
  • Partner with Customer Service and Sales to investigate pricing questions, support quotations and improve the customer and dealer experience.
  • Collaborate with Finance to validate data, monitor margin performance and support planning and reporting activities.
  • Maintain high-quality pricing data in business systems and support the ongoing development of pricing tools, processes and business rules, including Syncron.
  • Assist with market and competitor research and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Support pricing projects, testing, documentation and training materials for end users.
  • Contribute ideas that simplify processes, improve data quality and strengthen collaboration across the Materials Processing Parts organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
