Your Responsibilities
Strategic Pricing
- Partner with Country and Cluster leaders to develop pricing strategies and recommendations for products, services, and solutions, considering customer value, willingness-to-pay, market dynamics, competition, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Regional Pricing Leadership and Global Business Unit Pricing teams to implement global pricing strategies while adapting to local market conditions.
- Lead participation in annual price reviews and optimisation initiatives through pricing analytics, market insights, elasticity assessments, and recommendations.
- Monitor market pricing, competitive activity, inflation, and commercial performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Resolve pricing inconsistencies across price catalogues, quote configurations, and commercial systems.
Price Execution
- Review and approve pricing requests within delegated authority and established pricing guardrails.
- Assess non-standard pricing requests and escalate where required.
- Ensure accurate implementation of pricing recommendations across ERP, CPQ, pricing engines, and price catalogues.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Commercial teams to improve pricing execution while maintaining governance and control.
Pricing Governance
- Ensure compliance with global and European pricing policies, approval frameworks, and governance processes.
- Monitor pricing exceptions, approval patterns, and policy adherence, addressing risks and opportunities to improve pricing discipline.
- Support pricing audits and governance reviews and act as the regional custodian of pricing standards and best practices.
- Coordinate and contribute to pricing governance forums, including Price Steering Room meetings

Commercial Analytics & Performance
- Develop pricing dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for Country and Cluster leadership.
- Analyse pricing performance, margin realisation, discounting, win/loss trends, and pricing leakage.
- Develop pricing, financial, and scenario models to support tenders, customer agreements, strategic initiatives, and pricing decisions.
- Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations that improve revenue, margin, and profitability.
- Support business reviews with data-driven commercial insights.
Pricing Excellence
- Drive adoption of global pricing policies, processes, methodologies, and tools across the region.
- Provide pricing subject matter expertise, training, and coaching to Sales, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, and other stakeholders.
- Champion effective use of pricing technology, including CPQ, ERP, pricing engines, and analytics platforms.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify pricing processes, strengthen capability, and enhance commercial effectiveness.
Your Qualification
- 2+ years’ experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, or a related commercial function.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; pricing analytics and BI experience advantageous.
- Experience improving commercial processes, governance, and analytical methodologies.
- Significant experience in complex commercial environments, with multinational B2B experience preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions and business performance.
- Strong experience developing financial and pricing models to support commercial strategy, tenders, and negotiations.
- Experience leading pricing, commercial optimisation, or transformation initiatives across regional or multinational organisations.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline - Desirable
