Location: Central London

Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00am–6:00pm, with flexibility when required
Salary: £40,000–£50,000, dependent on experience
Overview
We are seeking a polished, organised and highly capable Junior Private PA / Household Assistant to join an established UHNW private household team in Central London.
This is a varied and hands-on position combining reception duties, household administration, errands and support to the principal’s Private PA team.
The successful candidate will be based within the household office and will assist with the smooth running of day-to-day arrangements. The role requires someone practical, discreet and highly attentive to detail who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a close and supportive team.
This is not a management position. It would suit someone with strong administrative skills who is happy to assist across a broad range of practical and organisational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Receiving deliveries and ensuring items are directed appropriately
- Assisting the principal with luggage, bags and personal belongings when required
- Ensuring belongings are taken to the correct rooms or areas of the residence
- Running errands and completing personal tasks for the principal
- Supporting the Private PA team with daily administrative duties
- Creating and maintaining detailed household inventories
- Preparing room-by-room inventory lists for the principal’s properties
- Creating and updating household binders, files and reference documents
- Producing detailed lists, invitations and simple visual materials using Canva
- Assisting with orders, returns and supplier communication
- Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, records and filing systems
- Supporting personal appointments, reservations and household arrangements
- Following up on messages, requests and outstanding tasks
- Liaising with household staff, the wider operations team and external suppliers
- Assisting with preparations for guests, family requirements and private events
- Providing wider reception, personal and administrative support as required

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Junior PA, Personal Assistant, Household Assistant, Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Experience within a private household, family office, luxury hospitality or another high-end environment would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Confidence using Canva or the ability and willingness to learn
- Comfortable creating and maintaining extensive lists, inventories and records
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Professional telephone, email and in-person manner
- Highly attentive to detail
- Polished, discreet and trustworthy
- Practical and willing to assist with errands and hands-on duties
- Warm, approachable and service-minded
- Calm and adaptable when priorities change
- Able to follow instructions while also using initiative
- Comfortable working as part of a close and collaborative team
- UK-based with unrestricted right to work in the UK
- Happy to work fully from the Central London office
- Flexible when additional support is occasionally required
- Seeking a stable, long-term position
