Job Overview

The Junior Producer plays a key supporting role in the successful delivery of creative productions across J11 Studios and the wider Cogent Group.

Working closely with the Senior Producer, Creative & Relationships team, and J11's creative specialists, you will help coordinate projects from briefing through to final delivery, ensuring productions run smoothly, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect.

This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to develop a career in creative production. You'll support planning, scheduling, logistics, client communication, and project administration while gradually taking ownership of smaller productions as your experience grows.

You'll work across photography, film, CGI, animation, and emerging content formats, gaining exposure to every stage of the production process while learning from an experienced team in a fast-paced creative environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about creative production, looking to develop into a future Producer.

Key Responsibilities

Production Coordination:

  • You will support the planning and delivery of productions across J11 Studios and projects delivered in partnership with our parent agency, Cogent.
  • Assist the Senior Producer in coordinating photography, film, CGI, animation, and integrated content projects.
  • Prepare production schedules, call sheets, shoot documentation, and project plans.
  • Coordinate logistics including locations, suppliers, equipment, talent, and travel arrangements.
  • Support project setup, scheduling, and administration across multiple concurrent productions.
  • Help ensure productions remain on schedule by monitoring actions and following up with internal teams and suppliers.

Project & Client Support:

  • Support day-to-day communication with clients under the guidance of the Senior Producer.
  • Attend client meetings, production briefings, and project reviews where appropriate.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action trackers.
  • Assist with project updates, timelines, and production documentation.
  • Help ensure clients receive a professional, organised, and responsive experience throughout every project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
