THE ALLSAINTS TEAM

At AllSaints we are in the business of feelings - making our customers feel cool and confident. If, like us, you believe in the power of a great outfit, we'd love to talk to you.

We're a global brand made up of a very diverse mix of talented people in a huge variety of roles. Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards.

We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Junior Producer acts as a key facilitator ensuring the EP can effectively and efficiently run the AllSaints yearly production slate of shoots and events.

This highly efficient role is designed to support the Executive Producer across all campaign and editorial productions, while also working alongside the E-commerce Studio Manager on model bookings.

From time to time, the Creative Producer will need to lead social-first projects in support of the social media team. The role also involves managing a high volume of ad hoc production requests, so the successful candidate must be highly organised, exceptionally detail-oriented, and able to switch seamlessly between multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting the Executive Producer

  • Provide proactive support to the Executive Producer across all campaign and editorial shoots. As well as leading on some editorial shoots when requested
  • Hold studios, liaise with photographers, stylists, talent agencies and wider creative teams, book catering, submit equipment lists, and coordinate all production logistics as directed by the EP
  • Anticipate production needs, ensuring no detail is overlooked and deadlines are consistently met

Shoot Paperwork

  • Prepare accurate, comprehensive call sheets, shoot schedules and production paperwork in a timely manner for the EP to review before distribution
  • Ensure all documentation is meticulously checked, clearly communicated and kept up to date as production plans evolve

On-Set Support

  • Attend shoots where required, providing hands-on production support to ensure shoots run efficiently, on schedule and to the highest standard
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for crew, talent and suppliers, resolving issues proactively as they arise

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
