We are looking for a Junior Producer to join our shoot production team.
You’ll work across a varied mix of productions, from smaller still life and social content shoots through to larger-scale moving image and TVC productions. You’ll work closely with our creative and post-production teams, helping to take projects from initial brief and budgeting through to shoot and final delivery.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has some production experience and is ready to take on more responsibility and ownership of their projects.
The role
You’ll be involved in all stages of production, including:
- Producing smaller stills and content shoots from brief through to final delivery
- Supporting Senior Producers on larger-scale productions and TVCs
- Preparing quotes, budgets, and production schedules
- Booking crew, locations, equipment, studios, and other production requirements
- Managing suppliers and freelance contacts
- Keeping projects on schedule and budgets on track
- Coordinating with creative, post-production, and other internal teams
- Attending and helping to manage shoots
- Managing multiple productions and deadlines at the same time
- Helping to troubleshoot and find practical solutions when things inevitably change
- Supporting projects through post-production and final delivery

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
