Ad agencies are dead. We're what comes next.

Growthcurve is the growth marketing agency founders, CMOs and investors call when they need to scale fast. Strategy, media and creative under one roof, with an in-house studio and AI built into how we work. We've supported companies spending over $100M a month on paid ads, for brands like Coinbase, AliExpress, Midnite and Finom.

We're hiring two Junior Producers who want to learn production properly: shoots, social content, ad creative and AI-assisted work, at the pace modern brands move.

THE ROLE

You'll work with our Senior Producers across everything our in-house studio makes: short-form social video, paid ad creative, campaign shoots, motion and UGC. You'll be in the detail on every production, planning, organising and delivering, and building the instincts that make a great producer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Keep productions on track across several projects at once: timelines, logistics, shoot days and post
  • Prep shoots: call sheets, schedules, kit lists, locations, casting and suppliers
  • Run shoot days in our in-house studio and on location, solving small problems before they grow
  • Track post-production with editors and motion designers, chase feedback, and deliver every asset to spec
  • Coordinate UGC and creator content: briefs, deliverables and approvals
  • Keep budgets and trackers accurate, and flag variances early
  • Grow our network of freelancers and production suppliers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
