Please only apply by sending your CV to hello@ignitioncreative.com. Please also include a cover email telling us what your favourite recent trailer is and why.
The agency
Founded in 2003, Ignition Creative makes trailers, promos, sizzles, spots, key art, content, digital & social media campaigns for producers, sales agents, streamers, broadcasters and distributors in the entertainment industries. Our purpose has always been to use our passion for entertainment to ignite stories and emotions that inspire audiences around the world.
The Junior Producer
This role is ideal for someone who has 1+ year's experience in the entertainment industry - either agency or client side - with a demonstrable interest in entertainment advertising. This is not an entry level role. We're looking for someone with career aspirations to progress through the producer ranks. If you binge on trailers and feast on social media campaigns and find it easy talking about why they did or didn't engage you, then this could be a great fit for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
