About The Role

We are seeking a Junior Producer to join PEI Group, supporting the production of our flagship Berlin Global Summit while independently leading the production of another Infrastructure Investor event. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to develop their producing skills within a supportive team environment, with the opportunity to work alongside a senior conference producer on a further European-based event to gain broader experience across the full event lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Infrastructure Investor Associate Director to develop and grow the flagship Berlin Global Summit.
  • Take full ownership of the production of one Infrastructure Investor event, with appropriate support and guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the Conferences team and Editorial to develop and deliver compelling, market-leading agendas for PEI events.
  • Identify and recruit high-level industry speakers who bring expertise, insight and influence to our events.
  • Work closely with the Sponsorship Sales Manager to ensure strong alignment between the content and commercial objectives of each event.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior speakers, sponsors and other key stakeholders across the alternatives industry.
  • Support the growth of event audiences, working closely with our in-house list-building and marketing teams.
  • Drive delegate sales across the event portfolio by providing clear direction, content and support to the in-house telesales team.
  • Innovate with event formats and agenda structures, with a particular focus on creating new and engaging approaches for the Berlin Global Summit.

About You

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial conference production or commercial experience in another field.
  • Experience working within financial or private equity conferences role is desirable but not essential.
