Role Overview
We are looking for someone enthusiastic and willing to learn to support the UK localisation team with all administrative and production duties. The Junior Producer will support an international studio-based account and work closely with our Account Management Team to ensure that all creative and post-production jobs flow efficiently internally so that the delivery to the client is on time and to the highest standards.

This junior producer role would suit an individual who has a passion for customer service and post-production.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop professional expertise in technical and creative aspects of Localisation and how these services fit within the PPC ecosystem.
- Coordinate the creation of localised content for UK and IE territories as well as assisting the senior producer with creative jobs.
- Foster and maintain a collaborative rapport with client partners and effectively communicate their project details and instructions.
- Communicate with internal departments, external partners, and UK/IE clients.
- Exercise good judgment and resourcefulness in addressing and escalating issues as they arise.
- Communicate with key departments regarding project specs, revisions, and approvals.
- Assisting the Senior Producer with billing and maintaining up to date costs.

Skills & Experience
- Excellent customer service.
- Ideally 1 year of experience working in a media environment.
- Good knowledge of file formats used in TV/Film broadcast.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great team player who is always willing to help colleagues.
- Remain calm under pressure.
