Tourhub is working on a new app that lets travellers on group and pre-organised tours capture their trip as it happens. The MVP is built and we're now pushing towards a production-ready launch. We're looking for a sharp, curious all-rounder to join us at this stage and get involved in everything it takes to get an app into people's hands.

What you'll be doing

This isn't a narrowly defined role. Day to day, you'll move between four areas depending on what matters most that week:

🔧 Build support: Working on bug fixes and UI improvements, using AI coding tools such as Claude to turn feedback into working changes. You don't need to be a seasoned developer, but you should be comfortable getting your hands into a codebase and learning fast. 🧪 Testing: Putting the app through its paces, finding what's broken or confusing, and writing clear, detailed feedback. Your eye for detail here will directly shape when we're ready to launch. 🎨 UI/UX: Giving input on how the app looks, feels and flows, and helping design how we introduce the app to existing Tourhub customers across our website, emails and booking journey. 📣 Marketing: Helping plan how we talk about the app to different audiences (existing Tourhub travellers and people discovering us for the first time), then getting the word out through channels like social media and travel communities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
