We’re looking for an associate-level Product Designer to join our Connect team at Entrust.
The Geo Expansion team develops market-specific solutions that enable clients to expand into new regions securely and compliantly. Our mission is to be the premium Identity platform that empowers customers in their local region or globally to navigate complex identity verification challenges with confidence to be successful in all markets they operate.
We’ll look to you to provide the design expertise needed to bring a compelling and effective creative vision to life. You’ll become a reliable, credible contributor, working closely with product management, engineering, and others across the company to build experiences that impact our users, clients, and our business.
You’ll join a highly collaborative Product and Design team. We value creativity, initiative, and having fun while we work. We will provide you with the mentorship and support you need to do your best work and to grow as a professional.
What you’ll do at Entrust:
- Support all stages of the user research and product design process, from understanding problems through to delivering solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other subject matter experts to explore user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Help translate research insights, customer needs, and product requirements into clear design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Contribute to user testing and research activities, helping the team validate ideas and learn from feedback.
- Create high-quality design work using our design tools and patterns, with support and feedback from more experienced designers.
- Work closely with engineering to understand implementation considerations and help ensure designs are delivered as intended.
- Participate in workshops, design critiques, and team discussions, bringing curiosity, ideas, and a willingness to learn.
- Support the team in measuring the impact of design decisions and understanding how our work contributes to product and business outcomes.
- Contribute to improving the way we collaborate, document decisions, and share knowledge across the team.

Minimum Qualifications:
- You have 0-4 years of experience in design, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- A portfolio that demonstrates user-centred thinking, problem-solving, visual design skills, and an ability to explain your design process.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- A basic understanding of user research, usability testing, and iterative product design.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design ideas clearly and respond constructively to feedback.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn from others in a collaborative product environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with product managers, engineers, researchers, or other cross-functional partners.
- An interest in complex product areas such as identity verification, security, AI, data, or platform products.
- Ability to take a broad design direction and explore practical design options with guidance.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in design critiques and team reviews.
- A developing understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and design systems.
- Enthusiasm for improving products, processes, and team collaboration over time.
