Junior Product Designer

£40K
London | Hybrid

I’m working with a well-established consumer business that’s looking to add a Junior Product Designer to its team.

This is a good fit for someone early in their career who has a strong visual eye, solid UI skills and really cares about the quality of the final product.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to create polished digital experiences across web and mobile.

The role

  • Design high-quality interfaces in Figma
  • Create polished screens, components and interaction states
  • Turn early concepts and wireframes into production-ready designs
  • Work within and help evolve an established design system
  • Think carefully about layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing and consistency
  • Build prototypes to communicate interactions and flows
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers through delivery
  • Use feedback and data to improve existing experiences

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
