Junior Product Designer
The Role
As a Junior Product Designer, you will contribute to every stage of the product design process while learning from experienced designers, researchers, and technologists. You'll support the delivery of digital products by creating assets, wireframes, prototypes, and design deliverables, whilst being exposed to the latest tools, methodologies, and ways of working within the industry.
We work in cross-functional teams, so you'll need to demonstrate experience or a genuine interest in product, visual, UX, and UI design, along with the practical and technical skills needed to bring ideas to life.
Our Product Designers are curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented. They are problem solvers who combine creativity with user-centred thinking to create engaging, effective digital experiences.
Our practice is built around three core pillars: Clients, Craft, and Culture.

- Support the team in delivering work that meets client expectations.
Craft
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Contribute to design activities including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

Culture
- Be a collaborative team player with a passion for solving problems.
- Show initiative and a proactive attitude.
- Be curious about the work happening across the studio.
- Contribute positively to team discussions, critiques, and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality design deliverables with guidance from senior team members.
- Produce visual design, UX, and UI work across a range of digital products and platforms.
- Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and presentations.
- Present design work to colleagues and participate in design critiques.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers.
- Take on feedback positively and use it to improve outcomes.
- Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to high standards of quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
