Junior Product Designer
Currently looking for a Junior Product Designer to help design and continuously improve web and mobile products for an organisation based in Bristol. You’ll work alongside experienced designers and a wider product team to help enhance the current offering and modernise the wider design system.
Excellent prospect with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills, explore new technologies and take increasing ownership of your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate user needs and problems into simple, intuitive product experiences
- Collaborate with Designers, Developers, Product Owners, and Testers to deliver working products
- Consider accessibility, responsiveness, and usability throughout the design process
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs in Figma
- Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance the design process
- Contribute to the wider design system and maintain consistency across products
- Support user research, workshops, and usability testing
- Use customer feedback and insights to improve existing features

- A portfolio demonstrating UX/UI or product design work
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, or interface designs
- Knowledge of Figma is desirable
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- An understanding of user-centred design and usability
- Curiosity about digital products, AI, and emerging technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A genuine desire to learn, develop, and grow as a product designer
