Perhaps you're a chef looking to move away from hospitality and into a Monday-Friday development role? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK food manufacturer as a Junior Product Developer, working within an established Research & Development (R&D) and New Product Development (NPD) team.

You'll be based in the development kitchen, creating, testing and refining innovative food products that are sold by major retailers and enjoyed by consumers across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience throughout the entire product development process - from initial concepts and kitchen trials through to factory launches and products reaching supermarket shelves.
Working alongside an experienced team of Product Developers, Food Technologists and R&D specialists, you'll receive excellent exposure, training and career development within one of the UK's leading food manufacturing businesses.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Product Developer, you'll play an important role in supporting the development of exciting new food products while learning every stage of the NPD process.
Development Kitchen
- Prepare kitchen samples and product prototypes.
- Create and refine recipes alongside experienced Product Developers.
- Source and order ingredients.
- Organise product samples for internal teams and customers.
- Manage stock within the development kitchen.
