Junior Product Executive job in Croydon within the tour operator sector, offering a great salary DOE plus benefits. Our Customer
Our client is an award-winning, well-established tour operator, known for the quality of the holidays they design and the standard of service they deliver.
They are now seeking a Junior Product Executive to take ownership of accurate inventory and cost loading across their reservation and back-office systems, working closely with product, tech and sales teams to keep tours correctly priced, verified and ready for sale.
The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of accurate inventory and cost loading, keeping tours live, correctly priced and ready for sale across all channels.
- Load and maintain tours within Tigerbay, the reservation system
- Load and monitor flights within an in-house custom-built application
- Request new flights or routes from third-party flight suppliers
- Load tour costs and verify tours are live for sale across all sales channels
- Update and amend tours for re-pricing, itinerary or inventory changes
- Place tours on stop sale as and when required
- Run and check exception reports, resolving booking and loading queries
- Take part in system testing for new releases, reporting bugs and issues
- Carry out product data tidy-up and housekeeping
- Liaise with the Tech team and third-party providers on setup and configuration

Experience Required
- Experience working within the travel industry is a must
- Strong level of numerical reasoning and a highly methodical approach
- Able to organise workload, use initiative, problem solve and multi-task
- Excellent communication skills and a natural team player
