About MannyAI
MannyAI is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building AI-powered software for the fashion and apparel industry. We work directly with enterprise brands, retailers, and manufacturers to digitise and improve complex product development and supply chain workflows.
We’re a small, fast-moving team, which means everyone works close to the product, customers, and technology, and has significant ownership over what they build.
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to work closely with our co-founders across product, customers, and day-to-day startup execution.
This is a highly hands-on role spanning the product lifecycle — from understanding customer workflows and shaping solutions to working with engineers, testing releases, and helping customers successfully use what we build.
As an early-stage startup, we value people who can operate without perfect processes or tools. One day you might be wireframing a new workflow; the next you could be testing a release, troubleshooting a customer issue, or preparing for a client meeting.
The role is hybrid and London-based. We’re working predominantly remotely for the next couple of months, but expect to work together from the office more regularly after that. You’ll also need to be based in London to join customer meetings and site visits when required. 10% international travel should be expected.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Discovery & Delivery
- Turn customer and business problems into clear product requirements, workflows, and engineering tasks.
- Map workflows in tools such as Miro and create wireframes or lightweight product designs to bring solutions to life.
- Use AI tools hands-on to move quickly from idea to execution — from wireframes and requirements to SOPs, documentation, and internal processes.
- Work closely with engineers to clarify requirements, prioritise work, and drive features through to delivery.
- Operate as a Scrum Manager, facilitating agile ceremonies, managing sprints, and ensuring the team maintains an efficient delivery cadence.
- Collaborate with our international development team by assigning tasks, championing the product vision, and contributing to design system initiatives.

QA & Product Operations
- Own hands-on QA of new features, creating test scenarios and testing complete workflows end-to-end.
- Identify bugs and edge cases, document them clearly for engineers, and re-test fixes.
- Maintain product trackers, requirements, and documentation — whether that's in dedicated product tools or a well-structured spreadsheet.
- Support release readiness and ensure changes work as expected across the wider platform.
Customers & Startup Operations
- Join customer and sales calls, prepare product demos, and support customer onboarding and training.
- Act as a first point of triage for product issues, investigating and reproducing problems before escalating them to engineering.
- Visit customer sites alongside our co-founders for discovery workshops, requirement gathering, training, and product meetings.
- Support our co-founders with day-to-day startup operations beyond Product — from hiring and admin to research, coordination, and preparing decks for investor or customer meetings.

What We’re Looking For
- A Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related technical background, with approximately 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and confidence working closely with software engineers.
- An excellent communicator, comfortable working directly with both customers and technical teams.
- You love efficiency — you naturally look for faster and better ways of working and actively use AI tools to improve how you work.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with a good product/design instinct and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
- Comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage environment where priorities move quickly and processes aren't always predefined.
Nice to Have
- Experience working at an early-stage startup.
- Experience with wireframing/prototyping, customer discovery, software demos, or training.
- Experience or interest in fashion, retail, manufacturing, or supply-chain technology.
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS is a huge advantage.
