About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our growing Product team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a software or SaaS environment who is looking to build a long-term career in Product Management.

This is an operationally focused Product role to begin with. You will be the first point of contact for our product support, assist with demos and client onboarding, test releases, and keep our documentation sharp, while gradually taking on more product ownership.

You might already work in Product Operations, Product Delivery, Business Analysis, Customer Success, Technical Support, QA, Project Delivery, or a similar role. If you enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver great products, we would love to hear from you.

You'll play an important role in helping shape products from idea through to delivery, working alongside Senior Product Manager, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences and create meaningful product improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
