The Company
Our client is a global leader in shopper intelligence and personalised retail media. For nearly four decades they have helped many of the world's largest FMCG/CPG brands and retailers turn purchase data into measurable commercial growth. Operating across six major international markets and reaching hundreds of millions of shoppers, the business analyses billions of retail transactions every year, drawn from tens of thousands of connected stores. That gives it one of the richest and most complete views of real shopper behaviour anywhere in the industry; the kind of first-party purchase data most brands can only dream of. Behind that sits a substantial team of product, data and technology specialists building the platforms, AI/ML models and personalised media that power offers and campaigns at scale. For someone early in their career, this is a rare chance to break into product management at a recognised market leader, learning how a data-driven technology business really works.
The Role
This is a fantastic entry point into product management, ideal for an organised, ambitious individual with 1–2 years' experience in an administrative or operations role who is ready to take the next step into product and technology. Working alongside experienced Product Managers, you'll help keep the product roadmap moving - coordinating across teams, keeping documentation and backlogs in order, gathering requirements, and making sure delivery runs smoothly. You'll bring the organisation, attention to detail and people skills from your operations background, and in return you'll gain hands-on product experience and mentorship in a fast-paced, data-led environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
