Role Description
As a Junior Product Manager, you’ll join a lean product team working directly with the Head of Product, software engineers, and internal procurement operators. This is a traditional PM role with an untraditional centre of gravity: you will be expected to build working automations, internal tools, and prototypes - not just write documentation.

Our expectation is that this role will be 3-4 Days Week Onsite based from our Marylebone office.
Your focus will be:
- Running user research with our internal procurement team, customers, and site managers
- Turning user insights into clear, actionable requirements that engineering can build on
- Building, testing, and iterating on your own prototypes and AI automations with real users
- Defining what "good" looks like for AI-based features and evaluating performance honestly before launch
- Supporting product rollout - driving training, documentation, and troubleshooting initial post-launch feedback
- Keeping the feedback loop running smoothly to continuously iterate and improve product workflows
Requirements
- A technical degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related field
- Genuine AI fluency: you already use modern AI tools daily and have built something with them (however small)
- Up to 2 years of experience (we will also consider exceptional recent graduates with strong project portfolios)
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical details and plain English
- Comfort with ambiguity and an execution-first instinct to build and test rather than wait for instruction
- Able to work hybrid from our Marylebone office

Nice to Have
- Exposure to the construction industry or B2B software environments
- Prior experience in a startup or product management environment
- Having built a project or side tool that other people have actually used
