Company: TBI Media

Location: London, UK (with travel)
Reports to: Senior Producer

Role Overview

TBI Media is a multi-award-winning agency that creates world-class entertainment experiences and content. We produce live shows of all sizes, from awards shows to arena shows; and from touring concerts to original theatrical productions for some of the world’s biggest cruise ships. We also produce live shows which are broadcast on TV across major UK networks including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and Sky. And we produce audio for the BBC, Commercial Radio, and brands.

The Events and Operations divisions are seeking a motivated Junior Production Manager to support the operational project planning of a series of productions. This is a project-technical operations-focused role, responsible for supporting the coordinating and implementing all operational processes and procedures required to support the delivery of large-scale, premium live and broadcast shows.

Responsibilities

Production Support

  • Support the day-to-day production and operational management of large-scale live shows and broadcast shows.
  • Assist with production and project planning from concept development through delivery.
  • Work closely with Producers, Creative Directors, and Editorial teams to support the realization of the creative vision, ensuring the right resources, milestones, and project management processes are adhered to.
  • Give input into technical quotations and operational costings across projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
