Samba TV

Samba is a media intelligence company. We know what the world is watching, reading, and thinking about — in real time, at scale, across every screen. Our data exists with the consent of over a billion people, organized into the most complete picture of consumer attention ever built. The biggest brands in the world use that picture to make smarter decisions. We think it’s the most interesting data asset on the planet, because it’s the most culturally relevant.

Samba TV, now including Semasio’s contextual platform, is a global leader in omniscreen advertising solutions. With access to one of the world’s most progressive audiences and a comprehensive semantic targeting platform, we empower brands to engage TV viewers across all devices with actionable insights and measurable results.

We are looking for a Programmatic Account Executive to support our growing EMEA client base. This role is well suited to someone early in their programmatic or ad tech career who is eager to develop strong client servicing, campaign management, and platform expertise. You will work closely with senior account managers and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and clients are supported effectively.

This is a hands on, learning focused role that offers exposure to client communication, campaign execution, and programmatic platforms, with clear opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

  • Support day to day account management for EMEA clients, including media agencies, advertisers, and platform partners, under the guidance of senior team members
  • Assist with client onboarding and platform training on Semasio’s Semantic Targeting Platform and broader programmatic tools
  • Help manage campaign setup, delivery monitoring, and basic optimisation, escalating issues and recommendations as appropriate
  • Provide first line support for client questions and technical issues via the internal ticketing system, collaborating with Product and Engineering when needed
  • Review campaign briefs and assist in recommending targeting strategies and building standard segments
  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery, flagging risks, underdelivery, or optimisation opportunities to senior account managers
  • Prepare regular reports, performance summaries, and insights to support client checkins and reviews
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, notes, and internal trackers
  • Support senior team members in client meetings, QBRs, and internal planning sessions
  • Stay up to date on programmatic trends, Samba TV products, and contextual targeting best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience and smooth campaign execution

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
