About The Role
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will support the team with day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks to help ensure projects run smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain experience in project coordination and design workflows.
You will assist with maintaining project documentation, organising tasks, tracking basic project updates, and helping teams stay aligned. Working closely with designers and project leads, you’ll contribute to project planning, communication, and continuous improvement activities.
This is a full-time position based in Barton-Upon-Humber, with occasional travel to other Wren locations as required.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining and updating project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Help monitor project timelines and highlight delays or issues to senior team members.
- Support communication between teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing meeting notes and documentation.
- Assist with arranging meetings, coordinating diaries, and supporting stakeholder communication.
- Contribute ideas to help improve team workflows and efficiencies.
- Assist senior team members in implementing updates and improvements.
You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working with both creative and technical teams.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks with support from senior colleagues.
- Interest in design, project coordination, or related fields.
- Experience with design software, CAD tools, or 3D modelling is a bonus but not essential.
