About Kord

Kord is an FCA-regulated fintech delivering KYC, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), identity verification, and payments infrastructure to regulated businesses across the UK. We sit at the intersection of compliance, fintech, and trust, helping companies verify who they are dealing with quickly and reliably. Our client base is growing fast and our product is becoming more complex. It's an exciting time to join us, and this role sits right at the heart of that growth.

The opportunity

We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to work closely with our Head of Product, keeping the tech and product team organised and helping to shape how we work as we scale.

You'll get hands-on exposure to how software is planned, built and shipped in a fast-growing fintech, with real responsibility from day one. We're after someone with initiative, a can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks, big or small.

What you'll be doing

Jira and ticketing

  • Owning the day-to-day health of our Jira boards, making sure tickets are clear, prioritised and assigned
  • Triaging requests and bug reports from across the business into tickets the team can act on
  • Keeping the backlog tidy and making sure nothing falls through the cracks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
