3Roc Technology is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our team in Rochdale. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years' experience in project support, coordination or administration who is ready to take on more responsibility and develop into a Project Manager.
You'll work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure to IT and technology projects, client engagements and internal business improvement initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting projects from planning through to successful delivery
- Tracking timelines, actions, risks and issues
- Coordinating internal teams, contractors and stakeholders
- Preparing project documentation, reports and management updates
- Helping manage changing priorities and dependencies across multiple projects
- Communicating confidently with colleagues, clients and senior stakeholders

What we're looking for
- 1–2 years' experience in project support, administration or coordination
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Confident using Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, confident approach when dealing with stakeholders
- Someone proactive who takes ownership and follows things through
- A genuine desire to build a career in project management
- Able to work on-site in Rochdale
