Junior Project Manager
The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 global consumer brand who is looking to hire a Junior Project Manager.
You’ll take ownership of digital and eCommerce project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.
This is a 12-month contract role, with yearly renewals, offering a £200 day rate inside IR35, via an umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital and eCommerce projects across internal teams and external partners.
- Work closely with stakeholders across HQ, European markets and third-party suppliers.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies and potential delivery issues.
- Manage partner performance and support quarterly business reviews and contract compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams, ensuring clear communication and effective delivery.
- Support the PMO team in improving project delivery processes, documentation and ways of working.
- Work within Agile/Sprint environments and support MVP-focused delivery.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience within eCommerce or retail, ideally alongside digital project delivery.
- Experience managing projects and/or external vendors, agencies or delivery partners.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Sprint methodologies; Jira exposure is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Comfortable working across distributed, cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-moving environment.

Working Model
- The role offers up to 3 days a week on-site
- Duration: 12-months with a high likelihood to extend
- Rate: Up to £200 per day
