We’re proud to be partnering with an exciting international business to recruit a talented and driven Junior Project Manager to join their growing Operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support a specialist team responsible for managing artwork, print, colour, technical specifications and product samples across a large international supplier network.
You'll play an important role in ensuring that artwork and print submissions are accurately managed, technical requirements are followed, and physical samples are reviewed, tracked and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
🔧 The Role
- Managing and coordinating artwork, print and colour sample submissions from external suppliers
- Receiving, logging, tracking and maintaining physical product samples, ensuring accurate records and traceability
- Supporting the management of print-ready artwork and technical specifications, ensuring suppliers are working to agreed requirements
- Reviewing submissions against defined artwork, colour and technical standards and highlighting discrepancies where required
- Maintaining accurate project records, databases and physical and digital sample archives
- Coordinating with suppliers to resolve missing, late or incomplete artwork, samples and technical submissions
- Supporting the review of print quality, colour consistency and technical details across multiple suppliers and production locations
- Analysing submission and compliance data to identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities for improvement
- Preparing reports, dashboards and KPI summaries to support the wider team
- Supporting project and production verification by cross-checking samples and supplier submissions against agreed plans and technical requirements
- Highlighting risks, variations and non-conformities and supporting continuous improvement across processes and ways of working

🧠 About You
We're looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, who enjoys working with a combination of technical information, physical products, artwork and data. You don't necessarily need to be an established technical specialist — this could be a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within a specialist area and build knowledge around print, colour, packaging and supplier quality.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience within project coordination, administration, technical support, quality, manufacturing, packaging, print or a supplier-facing environment
- An interest or previous exposure to artwork, printing, colour, packaging or technical specifications
- Experience managing records, samples, product information or technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or discrepancies
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to manage multiple projects, submissions and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn within a fast-paced environment
