About The Role
As Junior Project Manager you support experienced Project Managers across the delivery of renewable energy and data center projects. You take ownership of defined workstreams — planning, reporting, coordination and documentation — and grow toward leading projects of your own in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support project execution across engineering, procurement and construction
- Maintain project plans, progress trackers and reporting
- Coordinate information between engineering, procurement, site and suppliers
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action tracking
- Maintain project documentation, registers and records
- Support commercial and contract administration tasks
- Help identify risks and follow up on mitigation actions
- Take growing ownership of defined project areas over time

About You
- 1–3 years in project coordination or management within construction, energy, data centers or infrastructure — or a strong graduate with relevant internships
- Background in engineering, construction management or a related field
- Structured, organised and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and a willingness to take responsibility
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent in English; willing to travel
- Eager to learn and progress toward a Project Manager role
