Junior Project Manager - Sensormatic
What You Will Do
As a Junior Project Manager for Sensormatic, you will support the successful delivery of retail technology projects across the UK & Ireland. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Project Engineers, you will help coordinate the installation of CCTV and Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) solutions for new store openings, refurbishments and technology upgrades. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your project management skills while gaining exposure to customer engagement, project planning, resource coordination and operational delivery. You will play an important part in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard while building a rewarding career within a global technology business.

How You Will Do It
- Support Project Managers with the planning and delivery of retail technology projects across the UK & Ireland.
- Assist in coordinating installation and commissioning activities for CCTV and EAS solutions.
- Liaise with customers, subcontractors, engineers and internal stakeholders to ensure project activities run smoothly.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reports accurately and on time.
- Monitor project milestones and support the management of schedules and project actions.
- Attend customer and site meetings, recording actions and following up on agreed activities.
- Help identify project risks and issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Support project cost tracking and reporting against agreed timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, health and safety, and project management procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support the successful handover of completed projects to customers and internal teams.
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Previous experience in a project coordination, administration, customer service or support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- A willingness to learn and develop a career in project management.

Preferred:
- Experience within retail, technology, security or installation-based environments.
- Knowledge of project management principles or methodologies.
- Understanding of IT and network infrastructures.
- Exposure to CCTV, Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) or security systems.
- A project management qualification, or a desire to work towards one (APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
