WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic Global Product Security team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, helping to streamline processes, drive security initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of projects within the security domain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and maintain relationships with program managers, Global Product Security management, and SMEs.
- Draft improvement proposals and implement changes for greater efficiency.
- Maintain and standardize documentation and processes.
- Report performance metrics to evaluate progress and success.
- Proactively resolve potential issues and propose solutions.
- Research industry standards and communicate updates on emerging technologies.
- Support with Program Manager workload to meet project deadlines.
- Support project/service meetings to understand scope and address concerns.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Associated Undergraduate / Post graduate degree in Business / Management, or similar
- Proven track record in project delivery environment with exceptional interpersonal skills.
DESIRED CRITERIA
- Some experience supporting or coordinating projects, ideally within a security, technology, or operational environment.
- Working towards, or holding, a PRINCE2 Foundation qualification or equivalent project management certification.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and collaboration tools.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working within logistics, operations, security, or other fast-paced environments would be advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in project management.
