Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working, 2-3 days per week in the office)

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE + Performance-Related Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing Projects & Programmes team at Neos Networks. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and gain hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle while helping deliver customer projects that exceed expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll support the successful delivery of a wide range of customer projects across our network and infrastructure portfolio. You'll gain experience across every stage of project delivery, from initial scoping and design through to implementation, handover, and completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end delivery of customer projects
  • Coordinating internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Managing project documentation and reporting
  • Assisting with financial forecasting and project tracking
  • Supporting risk, issue, and escalation management activities
  • Monitoring project progress and helping ensure delivery against agreed milestones
  • Providing regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Driving process improvements and supporting best practice project delivery

You'll work closely with an experienced Project Manager who will mentor and support your development, helping you build your project management expertise whilst deepening your knowledge of Neos Networks' products and services.

Desirable

  • Telecommunications industry experience
  • Experience supporting or delivering telecoms infrastructure projects
