Gorgeous Group is actively looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our mission to create the very best in guest experience across hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, retail, travel, leisure, sport, entertainment, and workspaces.

From our Soho office in London, we work with some of the best names in lifestyle and luxury hospitality around the world. We are a small team with big reach. For 25 years we have been instrumental in shaping F&B and guest experiences. From market research and industry insights to creative concepts and commercial strategy, we work with owners, asset teams, brands, and operators to deliver relevant, innovative, commercially sound, and sustainable concepts that add real value to both businesses and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support across F&B, Experience, and Creative projects.
  • Understanding the latest hospitality and lifestyle trends and social media themes.
  • Conducting detailed market research and writing compelling reports and presentations.
  • Working closely with the team and supporting the directors day-to-day.
  • Attending client meetings and workshops as required.

Requirements

  • Passion for all things hospitality.
  • Good knowledge of current global lifestyle trends.
  • Curious entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Super organized and adaptable to a fast-paced business with multiple deadlines.
  • Self-starter and problem solver with plenty of initiative and the ability to work as part of a team or alone.

Qualifications

  • Likely a recent graduate with a hospitality-related degree and 2 years of work experience including some time in industry.
  • Proven similar experience in concept development or operations in luxury or lifestyle hotels and resorts, or high-profile hospitality groups.

Job Details

  • Full-time hybrid role with a London office base.
  • Must be able to work from our Soho location typically up to 3 days a week as well as travel based on the needs of the business.
