Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our Print/Digital team in the position of Junior Project Manager. This individual will assist in the development, organization, and completion of Print production for our GM Clients.
Responsibilities
- Print/Digital production, “script” to ship.
- Communicate with the Field Teams to determine production needs.
- Communicate with MRG Legal team to create offers/disclaimers.
- Process CRs by opening AD-IDs to execute production.
- Organize a Daily Production List for Artist to execute production.
- Troubleshoot during the production process.
Qualifications
Education:
- 4-year degree in related field
- Advanced MS Office skills and Smartsheet’s
- Focus in media production and/or electronic media management or knowledge of Martin Retail Group and our operations with an interest in the Print/Digital area.

Experience:
- 1-2 years of related experience
Required Skills:
- Organizational, adaptability, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team orientation
- Ability to deal with deadlines and changes
Expectations:
- Learn MRG Print/Digital processes.
- Learn Automotive Legal requirements.
- Understand the Team and how each individual works best.
- Understand Client/Field needs and a can-do attitude to meet them.
- Take the initiative to keep the business moving forward.
- Grow/Foster a good relationship with Team and Vendors.
- Develop and maintain an active readiness to support Clients.
Nice to have but not necessary:
- Experience with Adobe software
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Dynamic Creative tools like FlashTalking or Google Dynamic Feed

Compensation Range: USD $ -. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
