JOB DESCRIPTION: Junior Project Manager & Team Assistant
Start: ASAP
Salary: £32,000
Contract: Permanent
Hybrid working: 32 hours per week between Monday and Friday (preferred 2 day minimum in office, negotiable)
Location: Highbury and Islington, N5 (London)
Closing date: Sunday 20th September
Interview dates: Week commencing 28th September

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Project Manager and Team Assistant to join our small and growing team, and play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our charity partners.

WHAT WE DO
Digital Strategy
Developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies, conducting audits and reviews, and crafting supporter journeys.
Campaign Activation
Launching new products, executing digital campaigns across various channels (paid social, email, website), and managing day-to-day operations.
Ongoing Support and Consultancy
Providing regular touchpoints, planning sessions, performance monitoring, and insights to ensure long-term success.
Training and Upskilling
Equipping clients with practical skills, knowledge, and insights to build internal capacity and confidence.
ABOUT YOU
Hynt's ideal Junior Project Manager and Team Assistant will embody our commitment to collaboration, education, and client empowerment, ensuring the successful delivery of our services and contributing to the overall growth and impact of our clients' missions.
You will embrace the opportunity to get involved with a fast-paced start-up, proactively supporting the Project Manager and wider team to keep projects running smoothly and office administration seamless.
You bring excellent communication skills, preparing regular progress updates and staying on top of day-to-day administrative needs.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience in the charity sector and an interest in digital fundraising and marketing.
THE ROLE
You'll work closely with the Project Manager and the Projects and Clients Team to assist in the delivery of our client projects, while handling core office administration.

This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on agency experience, build your marketing and project management skill set, and to contribute to the success of impactful charitable causes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project coordination - assist the Project Manager with scheduling project related meetings, workshops and client events.
- Maintain client updates - help prepare, update, and maintain marketing project reports and communications to keep clients informed on work progress.
- Coordinate external resources - assist in liaising with freelance copywriters and designers, helping to book resources, send briefs and track deadlines.
- Provide administrative and office support - manage operational admin tasks, including booking travel, reserving meeting rooms, ordering office supplies and assisting with event logistics.
- Process and tool maintenance - Support the management of Asana and G-Drive by maintaining project templates and updating workflows to ensure team adoption and agency efficiency.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with project management software - Asana preferred, but any software welcome
- High level of organisational skills with experience handling administrative tasks (travel booking, supply management, event coordination).
- A self-starter with strong attention and multi-tasking capabilities in a fast paced setting
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Proactive problem solving skills and eagerness to learn project management
