Junior Project Manager (Transformation)

Initial 12-month fixed-term contract
Harrogate/Hybrid

Overview

We require a Junior Project Manager to support delivery, coordination and governance across the Finance Transformation and Business Transformation Programmes. This role combines project delivery support and project coordination responsibilities across two separate Agile sprint teams.

The Role

This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract supporting Redcentric's wider transformation agenda. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will support day-to-day delivery coordination, governance control, reporting, documentation, transition and adoption activities across two Agile sprint-based delivery streams. The role is intended to provide a balanced blend of Project Manager and Project Coordinator responsibilities where a single resource is required. The postholder will not have direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not restricted to the following:

  • Agile Delivery Support
    • Support delivery across two separate Agile sprint teams, one aligned to the Finance Transformation Programme and one aligned to the Business Transformation Programme.
    • Maintain delivery plans, sprint trackers, status updates and progress reporting.
    • Support sprint ceremonies, workshops, delivery reviews and planning sessions.
    • Identify blockers, risks and dependencies and escalate them to the Programme Leads.
    • Support outcome prioritisation and delivery planning activities with programme stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
