We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our EPC Project Delivery team within the M Renewables Division.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career project professional to develop their career within a leading international renewable energy business. Working closely with Senior Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of utility-scale renewable energy EPC projects across the UK.
You will be part of a fast-paced, client-focused environment, gaining hands-on exposure to complex engineering and construction projects while developing your project management, commercial and stakeholder management skills.

Your role will encompass:
- Supporting the delivery of utility-scale EPC projects from contract award through to commissioning and handover.
- Assisting with project planning, programme management, reporting and cost tracking to support successful project execution.
- Coordinating activities across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial and HSE teams.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Supporting the Senior Project Manager in representing METLEN professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and supporting the timely resolution of technical and commercial issues.
- Preparing project documentation, progress reports, meeting minutes and project schedules.
- Supporting project governance and ensuring activities are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and in line with METLEN's quality and compliance standards.
- Contributing to a collaborative project environment focused on continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
What you bring to the role:
- Degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years' experience supporting EPC projects within renewable energy, utilities or major infrastructure.
- Experience working in a client-facing environment, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate confidently with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of the key factors that contribute to successful project delivery.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine ambition to build a long-term career in EPC project management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and willingness to learn.
