Job Title: Junior Project Manager – Construction & Project Delivery

Location: Westminister

Employment Type: Full-time

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join a newly formed construction and project-delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, practical, communicative, and interested in developing a long-term career in construction project management.

You do not need extensive project-management experience. We will provide training, processes, support, and real responsibility as you develop. The role will involve helping oversee construction and project activities from initial planning through to completion, ensuring that tasks are organised, communication is clear, and projects stay on track.

You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, the sales team, and the Quantity Surveyor to support smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating construction projects from start to completion.
  • Support the preparation of project plans, schedules, task lists, site programmes, and progress updates.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Arrange site visits, project meetings, deliveries, materials, and contractor attendance.
  • Track project progress against timelines, budgets, scope of works, and client expectations.
  • Help ensure project documentation is complete, organised, and up to date.
  • Record meeting notes, actions, changes, risks, delays, and outstanding items.
  • Support the management of health and safety documentation, site requirements, and compliance processes.
  • Identify potential delivery issues early and escalate them to the appropriate person.
  • Assist with quality checks, snagging lists, completion records, and handover documentation.
  • Provide professional updates to clients and maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the project.
  • Work with the Quantity Surveyor to monitor costs, supplier quotes, variations, and additional works.
  • Work with the Sales Representative to ensure handovers from sales to project delivery are clear and accurate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
