About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with a strong customer success mindset to join our team. This role combines hands-on involvement in software project delivery with active client engagement, ensuring both successful execution and high client satisfaction.
You will work across multiple client engagements, supporting day-to-day delivery activities while maintaining visibility over project progress, risks, and outcomes. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow in project management while gaining exposure to client-facing responsibilities in a software consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery Support
- Support the planning and execution of software projects
- Coordinate with engineering teams to track progress, priorities, and blockers
- Facilitate delivery activities such as stand-ups, planning sessions, and status updates
- Ensure visibility on timelines, scope, and delivery risks
Client Engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on delivery-related topics
- Build strong working relationships and understand client objectives
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and project outcomes

Customer Success & Value Delivery
- Support client onboarding and ensure smooth collaboration with delivery teams
- Contribute to success plans aligned with client goals and project milestones
- Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, identifying risks or improvement areas
- Help ensure clients achieve measurable value from our services
Multi-Project Coordination
- Work across multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Maintain visibility across engagements, identifying dependencies and risks
- Provide clear and structured updates to internal and external stakeholders
Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Identify delivery or communication issues early
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges efficiently
- Escalate risks when necessary and support resolution efforts
Account Growth Support
- Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement or expand support
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with additional services
- Support long-term client success and retention
Requirements
Must-Have
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, Consulting, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across different projects
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Nice-to-Have
- Experience in a software consultancy or agency environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Salesforce
- General understanding of software development concepts (frontend, backend, APIs)
