About Cover-More Europe
This role is part of our Cover-More Europe team. Cover-More Europe provides insurance solutions through a number of different customer-facing brands across travel, car hire, specialty, and pet sectors in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe. For more than twenty years, we have been delivering insurance policies through our distribution partnerships. We know what is important to our partners, and we deliver simple and seamless customer experiences based on our genuine commitment to protection and care.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you'll support the delivery of strategic business migration and partner implementation projects across Europe, helping to ensure successful launches that are delivered on time and to a high standard. Working closely with internal stakeholders, partners and vendors, you'll play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining governance processes and driving delivery outcomes.
- Support the end-to-end implementation of partnership and business migration projects across Europe.
- Assist in managing project activities from pre-planning through to launch and post-implementation support.
- Maintain project plans, action logs, governance documentation and project reporting.
- Coordinate project meetings, document actions and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Lead defined project workstreams and deliver activities within agreed timelines.
- Support business delivery requirements including due diligence, data protection assessments, IT security reviews and legal contracting processes.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies and issues, escalating and supporting mitigation activities where required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, partners, vendors and stakeholders.
- Assist with project budgeting, resource planning and task coordination activities.
- Deliver high standards of customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory obligations and service level agreements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help embed effective delivery processes across the business.

What Skills and Experience You’ll Bring on This Journey:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a business delivery, project coordination or project implementation role.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
- Experience within the insurance industry, ideally across multiple markets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and effective working relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and collaborative mindset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project.
- Experience supporting partnership onboarding, implementation projects or MGA/insurance partnership environments would be advantageous.

At Zurich Cover-More, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. We are committed to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role and additional rewards may include short-term incentive bonuses and increases based on merit. If your salary expectations are not in line with the proposed salary published for this role, you are still encouraged to apply. We will consider applications from talented individuals with the relevant experience, skills, education and attitude on a case-by-case basis.
The compensation shown reflects a national market range and the proposed salary for this position is £28,000 - £40,000 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility of 5%.
