About Us
Curated Sourcing create on-trend bespoke products and accessories on behalf of brands and retailers in the beauty, lifestyle and fashion space. Our customers include Net-A-Porter, SpaceNK, Cult Beauty, Beauty Bay, FeelUnique, Charlotte Tilbury, Jo Loves and Kate Somerville.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be a bright, energetic self starter, with super organisation and numeracy skills. Whether it is managing multiple spreadsheets or communicating with our global team, we are seeking someone who is happy to wear many hats whilst remaining calm and happy under pressure.
As we work with some of the world's most leading beauty brands, a natural interest in beauty and fashion merchandising is strongly desirable. You will also have a great eye for the latest luxury beauty and lifestyle trends.
You Are
- Bright, highly driven and have a great, approachable can-do attitude.
- Excellent at project and task management.
- A natural flair for beauty and on-trend products.
- Extremely organised and able to work under pressure.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication.
- Have a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Awesome at Excel (advanced formulas/ vlookups etc).
- Happy and comfortable speaking with members of our production teams in China.

Role Brief
Your primary role is within our pre-production management team. Here you will work with customers to understand what merchandise requirements they have, discuss these requirements with our factories and obtain pricing and bespoke samples. The ultimate goal is to win our customer confidence and business!
- Obtaining customer brief information.
- Acting as a soundboard for customer ideas to assist in finalising their merchandise requirements.
- Negotiating best pricing for customer specs with suppliers/manufacturers.
- Managing all bespoke sample production.
- Relaying feedback of samples to suppliers/manufacturers.
- Keeping customers updated with critical paths and sampling timelines.
- Producing detailed mass production briefs for the productions and logistics teams so they are able to accurately ensure production is as per the exact order specifications.
- Managing our CRM/ PM tools to keep project information up to date in real time.

IT Experience
Main software used will be our internal CRM/ Project Management Tool
- Excel (advanced use).
- Google sheets (advanced use).
- Snagit.
- PowerPoint.
Location
This role is remote working, however there may be some days working from a London based office.
Hours
8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary
£26,500 (12 month internship)
