The Junior Project Manager independently manages smaller projects and assists with larger, multi-disciplinary initiatives involving internal teams, vendors, and clients. The Jr Project Manager supports Solution Implementation Managers (SIMs) in planning, organising, and executing training and technology projects. Success in this role requires strong multitasking, proactive communication, and personal accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and able to communicate the overall strategic intent of a project and provide project management support to meet the needs of project.
- Manage overall budget and utilisation of contributing resources throughout project lifecycle to ensure projects stay within scoped timeline and budget with senior SIM oversight.
- Develop project kick-off decks, briefs, and other related materials, as well as facilitate the client and internal kick-off and status meetings with senior SIM oversight.
- Engage with the client throughout the entirety of the project and lead status and other meetings with the client team and internal team members, with oversight from SIM.
- Responsible for tracking client requests and global changes to content and scope and ensuring consistency among deliverables.
- Manage the compliant execution of the client’s legal, medical, regulatory review process for each deliverable, including uploading and linking references for all deliverables. Facilitate communication among team members and coordinate essential project groups as needed.
- Leverage approved AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to streamline routine project tasks, such as drafting meeting recaps, summarising project status, organising action items, and preparing first drafts of client or internal communications for review.

Essential Requirements
- Relevant college studies and/or degree.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to use project management software and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to set clear direction, communicate effectively, solve problems, adapt communication style, stay organised, and work appropriately across different roles and functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the CRO, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
- Experience using approved AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to improve project management efficiency, communication, documentation, or workflow automation.
- Proficiency in medical, legal, and regulatory submission processes and platforms, such as Veeva, MAP, or Zinc.
