‼️ Junior/ Graduate Project Manager ‼️
Leeds | Salary up to £30k
Are you ready to start Your Career in Project Management 👀
We’re looking for a Junior/ Graduate Project Manager to join a growing team in Leeds!
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands on experience working across a range of client projects, whilst learning from experienced project and delivery professionals.
You don’t need to have years of project management experience - we’re much more interested in your attitude, organisation, communication skills and willingness to learn 💪
You’ll be given the support and development you need to grow into a confident project professional, with increasing responsibility as you build your experience.
As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects and become increasingly involved in client management, planning, reporting and delivery.
This role would suit a graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to develop within a project focused environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You might have a degree in business, management, technology, engineering or another relevant subject (but your degree subject isn't the most important thing)
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A confident and clear communicator.
- Naturally proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working with different people and teams.
- Curious and interested in understanding how things work.
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- A good problem solver who isn't afraid to ask questions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen to learn, develop and build a long-term career in project management.
Previous project management experience isn't essential btw
University projects, placements, internships, part-time work, volunteering or other experiences where you've had to organise people, manage deadlines or deliver an outcome are all valuable.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be expected to coordinate spreadsheets and take meeting notes. You'll be given the opportunity to learn how professional projects are actually delivered and develop the skills needed to progress your career.
You'll benefit from:
- Hands-on experience working with real clients and projects.
- Support and mentoring from experienced project professionals.
- Structured opportunities for learning and development.
- Exposure to different areas of the business and a variety of projects.
- Increasing responsibility as your skills develop.
- A collaborative and supportive working environment.
- The opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing business.
If you're ambitious, organised and want to get stuck into a career where no two projects are exactly the same, this could be a great opportunity (trust me these don't come around often)
If you're ready to start your career in project management, we'd love to hear from you.
