Are you looking to build a long-term career in residential property management?
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Property Manager to join a growing and ambitious residential lettings and property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who is keen to develop their property management expertise within a supportive and professional environment.
You will be given responsibility for managing your own portfolio from the outset, with a manageable caseload, structured training, and ongoing support from experienced colleagues to help you progress into a Property Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties to a high standard
- Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries, providing effective solutions
- Coordinate maintenance and repair works with contractors
- Conduct property inspections and prepare reports
- Monitor rent payments and assist with arrears management
- Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and end-of-tenancy processes
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the tenancy
- Ensure compliance with relevant lettings legislation and company procedures
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

About You
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
- Property experience is desirable but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive problem solver who can use their initiative
- Calm, professional, and resilient under pressure
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
