About the Company
Our client is a growing and highly respected property management business with a diverse residential portfolio across London. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality developments, and creating positive experiences for residents.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Property Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their property career looking to gain hands-on experience and develop into a Property Manager.
The Role
Working closely with experienced Property Managers, you will support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential developments across London. You will gain exposure to all aspects of property management, including resident relations, maintenance coordination, compliance, budgeting, and contractor management.
This role offers excellent training and development opportunities, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of a portfolio of residential properties.
- Respond to resident and client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs with contractors.
- Support the management of service charge budgets and expenditure.
- Carry out regular property inspections and report on findings.
- Assist with health and safety and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate property records and management systems.
- Build positive relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Support with organising resident meetings and communications.
- Assist Property Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
About You
- Strong interest in property management, real estate, housing, or facilities management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential.
