Junior Property Solicitor
About the Role
As a Junior Property Solicitor in Leicester, you'll handle property-related legal matters within the financial services industry. Your role will involve supporting the legal team to ensure smooth transactions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Client Details
- A hybrid law firm in Leicester within the financial services industry.
Description
- Stay updated on changes to property and financial services law.
- You will be involved in a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including:
- Draft and review property-related legal documents and contracts.
- Assist with property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
- Provide legal advice on property law and compliance matters.
- Conduct due diligence and manage risk assessments for property deals.
- Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve legal issues.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and manage case files effectively.
- Be a part of the legal department while supporting with general administrative tasks as needed.

Profile
A successful Junior Property Solicitor should have:
- A qualification to practise as a solicitor in the UK.
- Minimum of 6 months worth of experience within Commercial Property.
- Knowledge of property law and its application within financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.

Job Offer
- Salary between £45,000 and £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position with growth potential.
