We have an exciting new opening for a Junior Proposition Planning Analyst. You’ll support the development and continuous improvement of HSBC’s Digital Wealth proposition, using customer insight, data and market analysis to improve journeys, outcomes and business performance. You’ll help coordinate proposition activity from early insight through delivery, launch and review, working with partners across product, technology, design, marketing, operations, risk and compliance. Alongside proposition work you’ll provide support to the Digital Wealth Proposition Leadership team including diary and meeting management and preparation of briefing materials. It’s a varied role where strong organisation and communication matter as much as analytical skill. You’ll help keep proposition delivery moving while ensuring senior engagement is well-prepared and well-run.

- Analyse customer, market, competitor and proposition performance data to identify trends and opportunities
- Gather and synthesise customer feedback, research and stakeholder insight into clear themes and actions
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Maintain proposition roadmaps, requirements, documentation, action logs and delivery plans
- Coordinate inputs across product, technology, design, marketing, operations, risk and compliance teams
- Manage diary, meetings, briefing packs, follow-up actions and confidential executive support for the Head of Digital Wealth
What we're looking for
- Bring experience in customer needs analysis, market research and competitor insight and the ability to apply data analysis and performance reporting to interpret trends and improve outcomes
- Produce clear management information including dashboards and senior-level presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint effectively
- Diary, meeting and action management for senior stakeholders
- Confidential information handling and executive administration.
- Ability to adapt priorities, approach and ways of working in response to changing business requirements and stakeholder needs.
