Junior QA Developer

💰 £27,000–£32,000 | Fully Remote | Full-Time

Acquire is proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner for a fast-growing D2C subscription brand in the pet space, helping them hire their next Junior QA Engineer.

If you're looking for a role where you'll be mentored by an experienced QA Automation Engineer, learn modern testing practices, and build a long-term career in software quality, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss.

Start your QA career the right way. This isn't a role where you'll be left to figure things out on your own. You'll join a collaborative development team, working alongside developers and an experienced QA Automation Engineer to ensure every new feature is thoroughly tested before it reaches customers.

You'll spend your first few months building solid foundations in manual testing before gradually being introduced to automation as your confidence and experience grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
